The Rooster Ensemble – Team-Building Workshops
Every person is completely different and unique in their abilities, character, life experience, and view of reality; therefore, every team, made up of different people, is necessarily distinctive and unique. To create true collaboration and build a winning team, it is important to enhance the particular riches inherent in each team member.
The Rooster Ensemble offers workshops for teams of employees, using tools from the world of theater and acting. Our workshops are aimed at creating winning professional teams by strengthening the unique capabilities inherent in every team and developing optimal teamwork. To this aim, we use tools from the acting world, helping teams improve their personal and interpersonal skills and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals.
We offer three types of workshops:
-
Team-building workshop: we will get to know the team members from a new angle, and reinforce their connections with each other through a liberating, enjoyable, and humorous experience.
-
Creativity workshop: we will create a safe and fulfilling common space and learn how to unleash our creativity and channel it into different arenas.
-
Interpersonal skills workshop and getting to know each other in-depth: we will deepen the relationships between staff members and learn to work together more efficiently by focusing on individuals in the team and on strengthening personal and interpersonal abilities.
The Rooster Ensemble – A young acting ensemble formed in 2018 by alumni of the Goodman Acting School of the Negev.
The ensemble earned a scholarship from Goodman to develop their play Revenge of the Rooster Responsible for the Sunrise. The rest of the amount required to stage the play was raised independently through a crowd-funding campaign, and the play was performed in Beer Sheva. Later, it was accepted to the 360 Festival in Jerusalem and to the Tzavta Theater. Recently the ensemble has begun working on their second play: The Glass Eye, based on an original script written by ensemble member Dana Yakoby.
The ensemble members direct, design, produce, and act together. Using their experience of group work, the ensemble has developed a method that allows each person participating in their workshops to express themselves and actualize their talents, thus maximizing the abilities of the entire team.
Target audience: Companies, organizations, and teams who want to discover their unique components and nurture them in order to work better together for maximum success.
Area of activity: We conduct workshops all over the country for clients who book in advance.
